Quoter Product Update: Optional Quantities
The Optional Items we know and love just got an improvement!
Up until now, line items made “optional” on a quote had static or uneditable quantities, leading to quote revisions or missed upselling opportunities.
Introducing: Optional Quantities
With optional quantities, each line item on a quote can be published editable. When your customer views a quote, they are able to modify the quantity of a given line item before accepting.
Modified totals are updated automatically with the customer and in your quote tracking dashboard.
In your Quoter account, you will now have the ability to specify which line items on a quote are optional and define an editable quantity.
This will provide more customer-side flexibility when reviewing and accepting quotes.
